DONATE TO THE DR. DALY MEMORIAL FUND

The Dr. Marianna Daly Memorial Fund was established to honor her 34 years of medical service to Madison County residents.
The fund supports Madison County Health Department clients who are in need of medical services and are uninsured or under-insured.

Donations are accepted.  Make check payable to Madison County Health Department and note that it is for the Dr. Daly Memorial Fund.
