The Madison County Child Health Program provides a variety of care for newborns to children up to 21 years of age. This includes:
* Well Child Exams (BMI and Blood Pressure follow up) * Sick Care Visits * Follow up/Referrals * Immunizations * Dental Varnishing * Lab Screenings (Hemoglobin, Lead, Blood Cholesterol, etc.) * Lead Surveillance * Development Screening/Surveillance |
