Madison Recovery Pathways serves residents of Madison County who are in active use, or are in recovery from, Opioid Use Disorder. We aim to address barriers to care and recovery in Madison County. The program is designed to connect residents to resources and services that positively impact overall health. Substance use and recovery are not one size fits all, and all paths are different. We believe people begin to heal when they feel heard and their basic needs have been met.
Our Community Care Coordinator is an NC Certified Peer Support Specialist and can refer or connect you to resources to help overcome legal, financial and personal hurdles.
